General advice from Charlene:

1. FamilySearch is free - always - and has very similar, if not the same information as found on Ancestry. It has US and International records. The Research Wiki is a very helpful resource to determine what records are available and additional search techniques.
2. Ancestry Library Edition at Chapin Library is the same as the World level membership (Basic, World, All Access) so international records are available there. This is only accessible at the library, but you can use your own computer (just don't log in to your personal account - use the Chapin link to Ancestry)).
3. There are many groups/pages available through Facebook that provide information on accessing international genealogy databases.
